Stallion Breeding Report

If a stallion is leased or otherwise being used for breeding by someone other than the registered owner, the person utilizing the stallion's services is responsible for sending in a yearly stallion report showing mares bred, dates of breeding, etc. The lessee should sign as manager. 

 

Download a PDF on the right and send completed form by USPS or email.

Use a separate form for each stallion. If necessary, complete additional forms for each stallion.
