Horse Registration
Effective January 1, 2011, if there is no foaling report on file with the Registrar for the birth year of the horse to be registered, then there must be DNA testing to establish parentage and the registration fees for that horse will be increased. Please visit the Registration page for more information. for horses to be registered born prior to 2012, please contact the Registrar.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Application for registration of horses MUST be accompanied by four clear, color photographs taken at close range to include full body views of left, right, front, and back showing any unique markings or brands. Photos must include feet and SHOW ALL MARKINGS. No Polaroids, inkjet/laser printed, or colored photocopies will be accepted. For more information please visit the HORSE REGISTRATION page.
