On April 26, 2008 the Spanish Mustang Registry Secretary mailed a packet to all members. This mailing includes:
A ballot for director and an envelope to return it, if you are eligible to vote for director . The envelope needs to have your PRINTED name (so it can be read), your signature, and MUST be postmarked by June 1st to be counted. Each adult member will receive one ballot but only one return envelope will be provided.
Page 2 has directions to the meeting as well as accommodation information and a schedule of events.
Page 3 contains the agenda for the business meeting. The meeting this year will be held on Saturday evening to allow members to get away earlier on Sunday.
Page 4 contains details on the two trail rides.
Page 5 contains information on the "Understanding the Relationship of the Saddle to the Horse" clinic by Blake Kral.
A copy of the new brochure.
A meals check-off sheet providing the meal times, the menus and the meal costs.
